This new game of yoga promotes values and postural habits often forgotten.
It consists of 27 cards with a very detailed presentation in catalan language. 20 cards are of yoga postures related to animals or natural elements, where each can be found behind three sections: "How we do", "To help our body" and "To help our mood." 4 cards are about breathing, where the latter also explains "How we do" and "How to help our mood." We propose two rules, a memory where they practice the postures and the other, more creative in group, the children invent a story and represent each of the cards that are affected. To complete the set of yoga there are two cards explaining two stories, which give us two important lessons for life: "The path of the source" describes the need to love and be assessed and also "The story of happiness" that shows where we look to find happiness.
