Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
There are two possibilities for shipping:
- By mail with “paquete azul": it takes approx. 4 to 6 business days.
- By courier: it takes between 24 and 48 hours.
The shipment of goods by courier to destinations outside the peninsula (Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and other EU countries has an additional costs that are not reflected in the automatic calculation of the price of shipping. We reserve the right to add these additional costs and notice you.

Orders more than 60 Euros will be shipped without delivery costs inside Spanish Peninsula.
The rates for both cases vary depending on the weight of the product. Supplement C.O.D. charge 3.00 euros. (only valid for Spain and with Correos shipment) Maximum weight 20 kg per package, if the package is heavier then we makes 2 packages. The big products are in a single package.
Customer Service and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased in kinuma.com, you can return them in a period no longer than 7 days, after receipt of the order. For any incident or claim, we suggest you to contact our Customer Service under
info@kinuma.com and we will provide you with a Return form to fill out and send along with the merchandise. Returns must refer to the following address: kinuma.com, Markus Krykorka , Apartado de Correos 76, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallés Barcelona. The refund will be made by credit note (except previous review of the product).
The rules regarding refunds, (regulated by Law from 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, warranties and issued invoices, are as follows: Returns will not be accepted if they don’t have their original packaging and the product in perfect condition. Claims for possible incidents as the product is delivered deteriorated, wrong, or any other cause that could claim will be treated as follows:
- Always must be returned completed our return form which will be provided by the customer service.
- In the case of refund wanted, the customer must submit the product to kinuma.com within 7 days after receipt of the shipment, and the costs of removal, have to pay the customer. (per law 15/1/96 number 7/1996).
- If you would the replacement of the product, kinuma.com undertakes to deliver another product to the customer in perfect condition and collect the faulty delivery. In case we do not have the product in Stock, the company will refund the amount by credit note.
